Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Eastern Glass Corp are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements, material selection, and project complexity. A formal written agreement will be provided before work begins.

Scheduling and Installation

Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and material lead times
Customers must ensure the work area is accessible and prepared for installation
Eastern Glass Corp will make reasonable efforts to complete work within estimated timeframes
Delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances may occur

Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure your installation date
Final payment is due upon completion of the installation
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
All sales are final once installation is complete and approved by the customer

Warranty

Eastern Glass Corp stands behind our workmanship. We provide warranty coverage on our installations against defects in materials and workmanship. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled installation date. Deposits may be non-refundable if custom materials have already been ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
